Why Cybersecurity is a good choice for Veterans
US military veterans, after having served in the forces, often find it hard to settle into a civilian life. They struggle to gain employment due to the wide culture gap between the civilian society and their military past. A career in cybersecurity will give them a chance to combat cybercrimes and make a comfortable and purposeful living.
According to Lata Bavisi, President of EC-Council University, “The establishment of military-affiliated scholarships at EC-Council University is an outstanding effort in our continued evolution of supporting our students. Time and time again, we’ve had vets approach us as their benefits ran out or didn’t cover enough for them to achieve their academic and professional dream.”
