A second MoU has been signed by EC-Council University (ECCU) and GNA University (GU), on 29th April 2019, to introduce B.Tech in Cybersecurity degree programs.
ECCU’s first MoU with GU has received an overwhelming response within the first month, where a large number of students enrolled at ECCU to get the best from a non-degree status. GU received Abel Daniel, Director for Academic Alliances (International) at EC-Council University, who addressed the enthusiastic students of GU, who aspire to become leaders in cybersecurity.
The second memorandum of understanding signed between ECCU and GNA University on 29th April 2019 is aimed to introduce cybersecurity as a subject within the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) program, under various disciplines. With regards to the latest MoU, students will receive their degree from GNA University, powered by EC-Council University.
ECCU understands the need of today’s students to be industry ready, and like students pursuing the Bachelor or Master of Science in Cyber Security degree program from ECCU, GU students, will also have the opportunity to learn from faculty who are practioners in the cyber world and who will graduate with not only a degree but a string of certifications as well (Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Certified Network Defender (C|ND), and Computer Hacking and Forensic Investigator (C|HFI)). Through ECCU, students will have the chance to solve real-life problems through the EC-Council cyber range, where they will have access to more than 200 lab exercises.

The two MoUs signed between the global leading cybersecurity university, ECCU, and Indian recognized university, GU, is expected to benefit students’ career growth to a large extent.
